A highland coffee with a clear sense of place—sweet, elegant, and quietly complex.
WHERE WE GROW
Our coffee comes from Gununghalu, a mountain district in West Bandung Regency on the island of Java, Indonesia. Cool air, steep terrain, and volcanic soils create the conditions for slow-ripening, expressive coffee.
FEATURED COFFEES
CAREFUL HANDS. RIPE CHERRIES. ONE HARVEST AT A TIME.
ROOTED IN GUNUNGHALU
Cool nights slow the coffee cherries as they ripen. Volcanic soil feeds deep roots. Morning mist protects the fruit from harsh sun. Here, altitude isn’t a number—it is the character you taste.
We work alongside smallholder farmers, paying fairly for careful picking and processing, then roast each lot to let its origin speak clearly.
Meet our processFROM CHERRY TO CUP
We keep the distance between farm and roastery short, and the decisions along the way deliberate.
Only deep-red cherries are selected by hand.
Each lot is washed or naturally dried at origin.
A careful profile brings sweetness and clarity forward.
Every bag is dated and sealed for peak flavour.
“A coffee that tastes like its home: cool air, ripe fruit, dark earth, and a quiet morning in the hills.”
